• $150 per night for up to 4 people.
  
  
• Weekly rate $750 (6 nights)
  
  
• Monthly Rate $1,500
  
  
• Add $15 per person for additional guests to a maximum of 6 people.
  
  

.: Reservation Policies

• Minimum stay 2 nights.
  
  
• Standard Payment Policy: The reservation rate for the first night of your stay is the required deposit and is charged to your Credit Card. Additional Nights, Sales Tax, and the Cleaning Fee are due upon arrival, and can be paid with Credit Card, Cash, Check, or Money Order. Guests can exercise the option of paying the entire balance up front on their credit card if they wish, however. If you wish to pay in some way different than the standard policy, that can be discussed at the time of reservation.
  
  
• If you are sending a check, it will only be accepted if it is sent 2 weeks in advance. Your balance is due at check in. No personal checks at check in, please. Please make out checks or money orders to Turkeypen Farm.

• The cabin is a non-smoking place

.: Cancellation Policy

• 30 Days or more before scheduled check-in date: 100% Refund (minus a $10 processing fee)
  
  
• 29-15 days before scheduled check-in date: 50% refund
  
  
• 14-7 Days before scheduled check-in date: 25% refund
  
  
• 7-1 days before scheduled check-in date: deposit forfeited.
  
  
• If you Cancel within 24 Hours from the time you reserved, you will receive a 100% Refund minus the processing fee, no matter what the time frame is.
  
  
• We will not give refunds due to weather conditions, power outages, or early departures.

.: Eviction Policy

• Staying in a cabin is a privilege, not a right.
  
  
• We do not tolerate wild and loud guests, or any guests who cause disturbances to their neighbors.
  
  
• We retain the right to evict any guest that is disturbing the neighbors or harming the property. We expect you and the people in your group to abide by the rental rules agreement you or someone in your group signed.
  
  
• If we or any local authorities receive complaints about you from neighbors, we will remove you and your group from the property without any refund.
  
  
• Please be aware that this cabin is not a party house. Thank you .
